How fast can you deploy a crew?

Days, not months. Most crews are on-site 3 to 10 days after the order is confirmed. Workers are already in the U.S., E-Verified and ready to travel.

Do you handle full relocation, or work with my current provider?

Both. Full package: we handle transportation, housing, onboarding and on-site support. Already have a provider? We work on top of your setup — lower cost, no visa fees, no dead time.

What's the minimum crew size?

5 workers. There’s no maximum, we’ve staffed crews of 50+ for a single operation across multiple states simultaneously.

What if I need to scale mid-season?

Give us 7–10 days’ notice and we add workers. This is one of the biggest advantages over H2B: your headcount isn’t frozen at the start of the year.

Does this replace our H2B program?
